Tusumpule Events pioneered the celebration of the UN Designated World MSME Day In Zambia under the inaugural theme Charting a New Course: Unleashing the Potential of Zambia's MSMEs Towards the Attainment of the 2030 SDGs. 27th June 2023 at Radisson Blu Hotel Lusaka, Zambia.

Women's Conference 2023

Expert speaker-led workshops on the most critical issues women face in business and workplaces. These include personal finance, business and entrepreneurship, health, work/life balance, and more.

Youth Conference 2023

Comparing taking bold strides into uncharted horizons, much like assembling a parachute mid-air for entrepreneurship, to methodically engaging in parachute preparation before the business dive, the event masterfully depicted the importance of understanding the difference between entrepreneurship and small business ownership using this analogy highlighting the different approaches and risks associated with each path. The conference applied a practical application components of business model preparation for both paths.

UN World MSME Day 2023

The United Nations General Assembly designated 27 June as “Micro-, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises Day” (A/RES/71/279) to raise awareness of the tremendous contributions of micro-, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) to the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Tusumpule Business Consultancy in partnership with the Global Council for the promotion of International Trade lead the celebration of 2023 WORLD MSME DAY. The objectives of the event were to:  Amplify MSMEs Support Ecosystem Awareness in Zambia  Solicit MSME Supplier Development and Supply Chain Inclusion Officiated by the Minister Small and Medium Enterprise development Hon. Elias Mubanga MP. In attendance heads/representatives from government agencies: Zambia Development Agency (ZDA), Zambia Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA), Zambia Credit Guarantee Scheme (ZCGS), Zambia Institute for Policy Analysis and Research (ZIPAR). Sponsored by Capital of industries and Private sector: KPMG, EFC, ZANACO and ZCGS.
